It is with a heavy heart that I post my last website and facebook post on behalf of Centennial Animal Hospital. It has been my privilege to launch the new website and facebook page for Centennial Animal Hospital. I have thoroughly enjoyed interacting with you all in a less formal environment and getting to know you, your pet(s) and the relationship you share with them even better. I hope that my efforts have ensured that you have learned some new things, were advised of some important information and that you had a bit of fun over this past year. I wish you and your pet(s) all the best and, if you see me out and about, please don’t hesitate to stop and say hi. I hope my new adventure brings me as much joy as you, and especially your pet(s), have given me over the years.
When you look outside at all that snow, fleas and ticks are probably the last thing on your mind, but spring is just around the corner! Ticks will begin to become active once we have just a few days above 4 degrees Celsius. Ticks are becoming more prevalent in our area, as is the risk of tick-borne illnesses.
Call us today to plan a prevention strategy for your dog or cat.
We will be recommending prevention start earlier this year (March or April), depending on the weather.

We would like to thank all of our clients and patients who participated and donated to our 2 day "sweet" extravaganza which raised money for the Ontario SPCA - Muskoka Branch National Cupcake Day Campaign. Thanks to you, we raised $257.50!!
Jen .O. and Krista did a great job organizing this 2 day fundraiser! We also want to thank all of the staff who volunteered their time baking up a storm: Jill, Dayna, Brooke, Tammy, Jen .D., Margaret, Krista and Jen .O.! The entire Centennial Team put in a great effort promoting, supporting this event and helping with this event!
We invite you to join us for our 2 day “sweet” extravaganza on February 25th and 26th to help raise money for the Muskoka SPCA!
National Cupcake Day™, which is on February 25th, is a delicious way to show your support for the SPCA and to help animals that are in need! However, we figured, why just have one day of tasty treats when we could have two!
Please join us on February 25th and 26th where we will have cupcakes, pupcakes and cookies for sale and all money will be donated to the Muskoka SPCA.
What could be better than helping a pet in need and brightening your own day with a delicious treat?
