Telemedicine is available for a fee to our regular clients, where appropriate.

We are considered an ESSENTIAL SERVICE,
and will carry-on with a “curbside” model of operation for ALL visits to either location:

If you require veterinary care, prescriptions, or supplies for your pet that are not available online through myVETstore , PLEASE call us first.
If it is determined that your pet needs to be seen by a veterinarian, we will schedule an appointment.
Some cases may be suitable for a telemedicine option, instead.
When visiting either of our locations, please CALL US to let us know you have arrived.
Payment can be made over the phone with a VISA or Mastercard or via Interac e-Transfer.
Please adhere to the following guidelines:
1) DO NOT visit our hospital if you are experiencing ANY symptoms of illness. We want to continue to provide excellent care for your pets, and in order to do so, we need to stay healthy.
2) If your pet requires veterinary care, we ask that only one HEALTHY person brings your pet to the appointment. If this is impossible for you, please let us know and we will work together to find a solution.
3) Purchases of food and products other than prescriptions can be made online from myVETstore , and will be shipped directly to your home free of charge. If you require any assistance registering or are unable to use this service, please call us at: 705-645-3077.
4) We ask that you provide us 2-3 days notice to prepare prescription medications for pick up.
