COVID-19 Policy

Dear Clients,

With recent changes to restrictions on businesses, please review our new policies:

1. WE CAN NOW SEE ALL CASES BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
This includes vaccines, wellness exams, blood work, spays and neuters, dental services, and more!

2. SAFETY MEASURES TO KEEP EVERYONE SAFE

Centennial Animal Hospital

  • We are allowing ONE healthy client per appointment to accompany their pet into the examination room.
  • Please TEXT us at 705-641-9170 when you arrive, and we will provide further instructions.
  • Technician appointments and food and medication pickup will continue to be curbside at this time.
  • Appropriate face masks are still required at this time to enter the building and must be worn properly. If you need a mask, we will certainly provide one. Neck gaiters are NOT acceptable. Any client who cannot or does not wish to wear a mask can continue to use our curbside service.
  • Please ensure your dog is on a leash and your cat is in a carrier.
  • To maintain physical distancing, we ask that you take a seat in the exam room while your pet is being examined and allow one of our team members to hold your pet for the doctor. We also ask that you always remain in the exam room, unless accompanied by a team member.

Gravenhurst Veterinary Services

  • We are allowing ONE healthy client per appointment to accompany their pet into the examination room.
  • Please TEXT us at 705-641-8915 when you arrive, and we will provide further instructions.
  • Technician appointments and food and medication pickup will continue to be curbside at this time.

TELEPHONE AND EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

We understand that our phone lines are often tied up, this can be frustrating, and wait times for a response can seem very long. This is due to the length of current calls. Once we are on the phone with a client, we do not rush. Please be assured that when it is your turn, we will take our time to deal with all your concerns. We are doing our absolute best to limit hold times. You may leave us a voicemail rather than staying on hold, and we will return your call as soon as possible.

Alternatively, you may utilize email (welovepets@centennialah.ca) to request medication refills, ask any questions, order food, or request an appointment.

3. NEW PET OWNERS

Thank you for your patience and understanding and we look forward to seeing you and your furry family members again!
